Will I get tracking info on my order? Yes, we will e-mail you your tracking information when it ships (typically within 72 hours of ordering) BUT ONLY IF you put in your e-mail address correctly, so please verify this during checkout.
How long do orders take to arrive? We use USPS ground advantage, so orders typically arrive within 5-8 business days. You should get tracking information sent to your e-mail approximately 72 hours after placing your order.
CANADA takes much longer to arrive due to the customs process. We have no control over Canadian customs processing times or the taxes/duties imposed by Canada. Please allow 2-8 weeks for Canadian orders to arrive. This time varies widely because the cotton process and hold dimes are unpredictable.
Why don’t Wicked Jester shirts come as “Mega” prints? They’re actually pretty big averaging 13” X 16.5” whereas Infernus “Mega” prints average 13.75” X 18.75”. We keep the text width on Wicked Jeter tees limited to around 13 inches wide just to keep the phrase/quote legible while it's being worn. Since Infernus is art-based we can push the width and the length of the print further since it's not confined by text legibility. By contrast, industry average print size is 10 inches wide by 12 inches tall, so everything we do is large compared to average industry standards.
Can I return/exchange my shirts? No, not unless it is defective in some way, and even then we only exchange for the same design in the same size. Our shirts are already impacted by current global supply chains, ever-increasing labor costs and higher equipment cost, so to keep our costs low please do not order anything you are on the fence about. See our "returns" page if you need an RMA for a damaged order (within 7 days of receiving). We suggest you always order one size up if you are in-between sizes, and you may even want to consider ordering a single shirt to check fitment before placing a larger order.
Why don’t you ship overseas anymore? It’s just too costly, and too hard to verify delivery. Scammers have gotten out of hand. We do apologize to our overseas supporters.
Can I request express/overnight delivery? No. Sorry, we treat all customers equal and process all orders in order.
Where can I get Thorin’s past books titles? All of Thorin’s past works are all out of print and sold out so you can only find them on the secondary market. Prices tend to range from 100.00 - 1,000.00 depending on the book title (numbered and signed Stalking The Flock ‘blood moon’ editions fetch over 5K). We cannot control the prices of his books on the second market. Thorin's books do pop up every now and then on Amazon (under used books).
Who illustrates your art? Thorin works with many different artists, and does a lot of designing and graphics himself.
Can I send in quotes or artwork for consideration? Sorry, due to legal reasons, we do not take works that Thorin, himself, doesn’t direct or provide specific directions when commissioned from artists that he personally seeks out.
Where can I find Thorin online? He doesn’t have a social media presence, but starting Summer 2026 he will release a post a day of short theatric videos featuring excerpts from his past and forthcoming works archived right here on the WJ website that you can download and share yourself on your own social media page(s), if you so choose.
Can you do custom work? Sorry, we do not do any type of custom printing at present time. Thorin will occasionally do commission work and create custom logos for brands/bands (that fit his design style) if/when his time allows.
Can I get older retired designs? We try to release batches of new designs 4 times a year, so if you e-mail us a suggestion we will definitely take it into consideration. We do often re-issue older WJ quotes along with new designs that are frequently requested during these release batches. Please e-mail Orders@WickedJester.com any requests of older re-issues, and we will take note of it. Once/if we see enough interest, we will re-design and re-issue it at some point down the road.
